“It’s quite simple:
Do what is fair and just to your neighbour,
be compassionate and loyal in your love,
and don’t take yourself too seriously – take God seriously.”

Some of our stories…
Consistent care & love...
Where to start. I feel like our family has been in the bosom of Malmo for the last four years. Can I say bosom? With all the prayers and financial support for extra medical care and all the meals and people looking after our kids and people randomly dropping off thoughtful gifts (like Chai Latte and cinnamon buns), the consistent actions of love is overwhelming. So long has our family been in need and the Malmo community has a never ending supply of giving of themselves unselfishly. (more…)
Blessings and challenges...
2016 has been a year of many blessings and of course some challenges too. My biggest concern for this year was sending my son off to Kindergarten. A supportive church family...
2016 has been a difficult year personally, walking the road of grief. Sometimes alone because I chose to. Eventually I could see Jesus was walking with me all the time and I was aware of all the beautiful gifts He has given to comfort me. The gifts of a loving supportive spouse and family, encouraging words and prayers from my church family, music, nature walks, sermons, His words of truth from the Bible, laughter.Jesus is ever so faithful, patient, kind, and loving. He is ready, able, and willing to walk with me through all life’s circumstances.
